    1. Sylvia Loch Weight Aids Workshop
    2. My Classical Riding Journey Talk

    Sylvia Loch Weights Aids Workshop

    Time: 7.30 pm

A highly popular un-mounted event covering Balance and Bodywork. Open to all levels.

Step-by-step, Sylvia will address posture and the theory and feel of riding to show the individual how all riding is governed by the same laws of balance which affect us in our everyday movement off the horse's back. Whether your horse is novice or advanced, this way of learning is incredibly effective and your horse will show you the benefits if you follow these techniques.

Expect fun and laughter between the serious moments and enormously improved body awareness that will improve your riding, whether you are novice or advanced.

Participants must wear trainers and comfy clothing as you will be expected to move, however exercises are not violent, so all age groups are welcome.

    My Classical Riding Journey

    Time: 8.30 pm

This is a practical session where Sylvia will explain and demonstrate through hands-on instruction how to revolutionise your riding and understanding of the aids. The instruction is based on how to use your energy and natural balance into the giving of weight aids on horseback. By feeling what position to adopt on their own two feet, students will learn how to focus the same feel and posture into their riding.

Following the workshop, attendees have reported back of a transformation in their horses and for the first time understanding and feeling what balance their horse requires of them. It is indeed a revelation for many.
