Interpretation of "Classical": Traditional riding and training without force. A horse encouraged to develop self carriage, straightness and balance. A rider who can influence and encourage the horse through positive training and has a willingness to learn and listen to what the horse is telling them. Not to put too much pressure on horse and rider too soon but to develope a partnership between the two
