Interpretation of "Classical": For me, a classical approach to riding and training is based first and foremost on respect for and understanding of the horse. Built on principles that have stood the test of time, it consists of clear, effective and ethical methods that lead to efficient and measurable progress for both horses and riders. A classical rider and trainer makes a commitment to life long learning and takes personal responsibility for their words as well as their actions.

Interpretation of "Classical": Classical is the training of the horse to make him lighter in the hand, more weight carried on the hind leg, and all taught with by a kind and mindful rider, who wants to get the best from their horse. The horse's body should be healthier and his mind should be at ease with the work.
